Tanya has been practicing law since 2013. Her areas of expertise include real estate, wills, estates and charity law. Before establishing her own firm, Tanya worked for Carter’s Professional Corporation and Drache Aptowitzer LLP where she gained considerable experience serving clients in the not-for-profit sector.
Tanya previously worked as a Municipal Town Councillor in Renfrew, Ontario. Prior to that, she taught science and mathematics at high schools in Haliburton and Orillia. She holds a Biochemistry degree from Bishop’s University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa.
Tanya lives in Ottawa’s west end with her husband and enjoys spending time with him and the family’s 3 dogs while her two boys are (in the process of) leaving the nest.

Jordan grew up in Tavistock Ontario and completed his undergraduate studies at Brock University. In 2015, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in History.
Jordan went on to study law at Lakehead University’s Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in Thunder Bay. As a law student, Jordan worked at Lakehead’s Community Legal Services, where he represented clients in criminal and provincial offences matters, as well as small claims and landlord tenant disputes. Jordan also co-founded the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law Sports Law Committee and helped direct its operations throughout his three years of study.
During his third year of study, Jordan completed his articling requirements through Lakehead’s Integrated Practice Program by working at Carrel and Partners LLP. While articling, Jordan gained more experience in both estate and real estate litigation.
Jordan, his wife Lindsay, and their black lab Wrigley have lived in Stittsville for the past six years. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys skiing and golfing. A huge sports fan, Jordan also enjoys watching his beloved Raptors and Blue Jays.
Jordan was called to the bar and joined TLC Legal in November 2019. He currently practices in real estate law, estates law, and corporate law. and small claims litigation. Jordan is looking forward to speaking with you about your legal matters today.

Dean studied at Carleton University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Law in 2019. He went on to study abroad in the United Kingdom, where he obtained his LLB at the University of Kent.
Dean completed his articling requirements by working at TLC Legal in 2025. While articling, he gained considerable experience in real estate, not-for-profit, and charity law. Dean was called to the bar in October 2025. He currently practices in real estate law, and not-for-profit and charity law.
In his spare time, Dean enjoys painting and watching Formula 1, and the Ottawa Senators. Dean also enjoys volunteering, he is currently the co-chair of the transportation committee for the Centertown Community Association and also volunteers at Cornerstone Housing for Women.
